Job Title: Midday Supervisor (MDSA)
Salary: Grade 2:3 - £24796 Pro Rata (£12.85 per hour)
Hours/Weeks 8hrs per week – 11.40am – 1.20pm – 38 weeks per year
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Reporting to: Inclusion Manager

Main Duties of role:

We are seeking to employ professional and hardworking individuals to join our busy lunchtime team.
You will enjoy working with children. The post involves supporting, engaging and playing with
children at lunchtime; and supervision of the dining hall and playground.
You will need to be:

• reliable
• a good time keeper
• confident when dealing with pupils
• a good communicator
• able to treat all children with respect, trust and kindness
• calm and willing to undertake any training relevant to the post, including first aid.

You will be:

• A ‘can do’ and positive person
• Able to work to deadlines
• Can thrive in a large busy school
• Can prioritise tasks and organise own workload
• Work as part of a team to secure a common goal
• Be part of the school’s vision as a Christian school, where we respect and value all
