Lions - Year 1
Hello Lions, welcome back after half term. We really hope that you had an enjoyable week resting and enjoying the beautiful sunshine with your family!
I have loved spending lots of time in my garden this week playing in the paddling pool and making ‘bubble foam’, which was lots of fun! I also enjoyed going on some long walks and was lucky enough to see some new baby goslings.
Mrs Baker has also enjoyed being outside and has been on lots of lovely beach walks. She also had a huge water fight with her children using water balloons and pistols, it was great fun!
In school this week, we will be focusing on our well-being. This means making sure that our minds and bodies are feeling happy and healthy.
Below we have attached the plan of the activities we will be carrying out each day. We would love you to have a go at some of these at home too. In addition to the well-being activities, please carry on using the websites listed below to continue your learning.
Please carry on sending in your photos so that we can see which activities you have enjoyed, now that we are back at school our replies might take a little longer and we appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this.
We hope you have a great week, keep up all your super hard work!
Mrs Curtis and Mrs Baker

Home Learning - LM
This week we would like you to read or watch the story of the Ten Commandments. God gave us the Ten Commandments to help us understand how we should act towards Him and one another.
You might want to think about the following:
Think about how you should treat others?
How should you behave towards other people?
What are you thankful for in life?
What should you always try to do every day?
What rules should people follow so that the world is a better place?
You could have a go at writing your own 10 commandments or make a poster to show how we should treat others and make sure the world is a better place for everyone.
